N. Korea decides to send around 10,000 soldiers to support Russia in Ukraine war

South Korea's spy agency on Friday confirmed that North Korea has decided to send around 10,000 troops to support Russia in its war against Ukraine and has already begun deployment.

At what point does this become a world war? There officially 3 countries with soldiers shooting at each other, but both sides are supplied by many more countries.
